Q: What is a FAQ?
A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions."

Q: Customer Application - Is a completed application required to purchase from the wholesale dept? 
Q: Ordering - What is the minimum purchase quantity (MOQ)?
A: The minimum order in the wholesale department is 25 units. You can mix and match products to complete a 25 unit order if desired. If you are a first time customer, we will be happy to allow a "sample" order to give you an opportunity to evaluate the quality of our products and service.  There is a 2 unit sample order minimum.  All customers should submit a purchase order to ensure accurate shipping and delivery of your purchase. Q: Shipping - How will my order be ship?
A: We utilize UPS and FedEx  for all wholesale shipments. You can choose to provide us with shipping labels from your own UPS account, or we can apply our standard shipping rate of $1 per unit (cell phones and iPods only), which will include insurance and 2nd day air delivery. Shipping fees subject to change. International shipping fees vary.

Q: Payment - What forms of payment are accepted?
